Overview
This project focuses on establishing and maintaining partnerships within the digital payments sector. As a Sales Agent, you will contact franchise and partner businesses that already have a central framework agreement in place. Your goal is to build strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their needs, present relevant offers, and guide them through the sales process from introduction to final agreement. The emphasis is on quality interactions and long-term trust rather than high call volume.
Responsibilities
* Engage and support partner and franchise businesses covered by existing HQ agreements. * Present partnership benefits, solutions, and pricing options. * Identify client needs and tailor offers accordingly. * Conduct consultative sales discussions focused on relationship-building. * Manage the entire sales cycle — from introduction to contract handover. * Transfer finalized agreements to the service team for onboarding. * Work on warm, qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Practical info
* Full-time role (39 hours per week). * Permanent contract (indefinite duration). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. * Full product and process training provided, with ongoing coaching. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (preferably in payments, hospitality, IT, or related fields). * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Native or near-native English (any additional European language is an asset). * Consultative, quality-focused sales approach.
Salary & benefits
* Average salary based on a 39-hour work week: €2000 * Performance bonus: €400 per month during the first six months. * Continuous development and support within a professional team. * 1.9 holidays/month
