Overview
Within this project, you will provide phone-based technical and general support to Dutch business owners who use payment terminals. These can range from small entrepreneurs to large retailers. A friendly, problem-solving attitude and strong computer skills are essential. You enjoy helping people and remain patient and customer-focused in every situation.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical and general support to business customers. * Resolve issues related to payment terminals. * Accurately record and follow up on customer interactions in multiple systems. * Communicate clearly in both Dutch and English. * Handle situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Practical info
* Paid theoretical training of 4 weeks (full-time, on-site). * Hybrid or remote work possible after a few months, depending on performance and approval from management. * Working hours: Monday to Sunday, between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. (European time). * Two weekend shifts per month (with compensatory days off during the week). * Permanent contract after a 3-month trial period.
