Overview
As an Advisor in this project, you will provide both technical and administrative support to Belgian merchants using payment terminals. You assist customers by phone, email, and ticketing systems. Depending on your strengths, you may start in an administrative or technical role. Customer focus, problem-solving skills, and strong computer literacy are key to success.
Responsibilities
* Provide professional phone and written support to business clients. * Handle administrative processes related to payment transactions. * Solve technical issues with payment terminals. * Work accurately across multiple client systems. * Contribute to continuous service improvement and customer satisfaction.
Practical info
* Paid full-time training of 4 weeks, including a buddy system for hands-on learning. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. (European time). * Hybrid work possible after at least 3 months, depending on quality and performance. * Permanent contract after a 3-month trial period.
