Overview
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first contact point for customers of an international provider of monitored alarm systems. You play a key role in offering excellent customer service and resolving questions or issues efficiently. Working closely with different departments, you ensure that each customer enjoys a seamless and positive experience.
Responsibilities
* Handle incoming phone calls from customers. * Resolve customer questions and issues in a friendly and efficient way. * Complete administrative follow-up, including: * Scheduling maintenance appointments. * Answering billing and direct debit questions. * Perform up- and cross-selling to help customers make the most of their security solutions.
Practical info
* Comprehensive paid training of 2 weeks, full-time participation required. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (Belgian time). * Permanent contract after a 3-month trial period.
