Overview
As a Customer Advisor, you will work for a sustainable energy project focused on the Belgian market. You will assist customers by phone, email, and later also via chat, ensuring accurate and high-quality administrative support. The range of inquiries is diverse, from address changes and meter readings to more complex questions about energy contracts.
Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls and emails from customers. * Process and follow up on administrative requests accurately. * Answer questions regarding relocations, meter readings, and contracts. * Communicate clearly and professionally with customers. * Work precisely within established procedures and systems.
Practical info
* Paid 6-week training combining theory and practice. * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Belgian time). * Hybrid work possible after at least 3 months, depending on performance and quality. * Permanent contract after a 3-month trial period.
